For more than 26 years, Clara has partnered with educators, school leaders, and families to strengthen multilingual learning communities where every student has the opportunity to thrive. Her work is grounded in the belief that lasting transformation doesn't come from replacing what exists—it comes from recognizing strengths, building trust, and working collaboratively to create systems that support students, educators, and families for years to come.
Drawing on decades of experience as a bilingual educator, principal, district leader, instructional coach, professor, and consultant, Clara brings both strategic expertise and genuine partnership to every school and district she serves.
